It contemplates all the knowledge areas proposed by PMBOK, integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risks and procurements.

A project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and
techniques to the activities of a project in order to meet the requirements of it.
To facilitate the complex task of managing a project, we have created DCC PM,
(developed in a web environment) allows to make the project management in any part
of the world, just by having an internet access.
DCC PM allows at any time and in real time, having an exact vision of what is
happening in the project, which facilitates the capture of preventive and corrective
actions in order to avoid detours. It helps to the integration of all the participants
of the project, which will be able to speak in the same language. All the people involved
in the project will be able to actively participate in the processes of initiation,
planning, implementation, control and closing of a project.
